The story of Gratia
I saw first-hand how difficult it is for businesses to find and retain skilled analysts. Whether it was my parents' businesses or my independent consulting projects, the hardest part was never the work, but finding analysts I could rely on.
I kept meeting exceptional analysts outside traditional hiring channels highly capable, curious, and professional, but often overlooked. As AI reshaped work, I realized strong analysts are more valuable than ever.
My training at Bain and Citi showed me how powerful structured apprenticeship can be. Early-career talent can deliver far beyond their résumé with the right guidance.
Gratia is my response: a pre-vetted talent platform built around skills, not pedigree, connecting companies to critical projects while giving high-potential talent a fair opportunity.

The Gratia DNA
Lead by example
We show rather than tell. Engagement leads and senior team members stay close to the work and regularly perform hands-on projects, so guidance stays practical, tested, and grounded in reality.
Build to last
We optimize for durable systems, strong talent, and long-term relationships over quick wins. We invest in genuine apprenticeships and capability-building, even when it takes more time upfront.
Close every loop
We own outcomes and communicate proactively. Whether news is good, challenging, or uncertain, clients and teammates get clear, honest updates so nothing drifts in silence.
Meet the leadership team
Jackie Churchwell
After navigating Bain & Company and leading strategy teams at WeWork, Jackie saw a glaring disconnect: brilliant talent trapped behind inefficient bureaucracy.
She founded Gratia to dismantle those barriers, building an ecosystem where access to world‑class work is defined by merit and impact—not geography or overhead.
Norbert Pap
As a product and tech leader across startups of all shapes and sizes, Norbert saw firsthand that exceptional talent knows no borders or backgrounds—only barriers to access.
He joined Gratia to remove those barriers with a skill‑based platform where opportunity is defined by merit and impact, not geography or pedigree.
